SUMMUS LASER - POWERFUL RESULTS IN A SHORT TIME!

The high power Summus laser has taken laser therapy to a new, higher level!

Physiological effects of laser therapy
1. Pain reduction
2. Improve tissue healing
3. Increases circulation
4. Reduction of inflammation

Advantages of SUMMUS laser therapy:

Class IV laser therapy is proven to biologically stimulate tissue recovery.
SUMMUS laser accelerates the healing process by reducing inflammation and pain three times faster than any other laser!
In the treatment of chronic and acute pain, laser therapy provides long-lasting results

Cellular effect
During laser therapy, infrared laser light interacts with tissues at the cellular level and metabolic activity increases within the cell, improving the transport of nutrients across the cell membrane. This triggers increased production of cellular energy (ATP) which leads to a number of beneficial effects, increasing cellular function and health.

Therapeutic effects
During each painless treatment, laser energy increases circulation, drawing water, oxygen and nutrients into the damaged area. This creates an optimal healing environment that reduces inflammation, spasms, stiffness and pain. As the injured region normalizes, function returns and pain decreases.

Frequently asked questions

1. Does it hurt and how does it feel during the treatment?
There is little or no sensation during the treatment. Occasionally, the patient feels a mild, soothing warmth or tingling sensation. Areas of pain or inflammation may be briefly tender before the pain subsides.

2. Are there any side effects or associated risks?
In more than twenty years of use by healthcare professionals around the world, very few side effects have ever been reported.

3. How often should the patient receive laser therapy?
Acute conditions can be treated daily, especially if they are accompanied by severe pain. Chronic problems respond when treatments are received 2 to 3 times in one week as improvement is seen.

4. How many laser therapy treatments are needed?
This depends on the nature of the condition being treated. For some acute conditions, 4 to 6 treatments may be sufficient. Those that are more chronic in nature may require 6 to 12 (or more) treatments. Conditions such as severe arthritis may require ongoing periodic care to control pain.

5. How long before the results of laser therapy are felt?
You may feel an improvement in your condition (usually a reduction in pain) after the first treatment. Sometimes you won't feel an improvement for a certain number of treatments. This does not mean that the situation is not improving. Each treatment is cumulative and results are often felt after 3 or 4 sessions.
